A grandmother on MTV's 16 and Pregnant says she is furious with the producers of the show because they "defamed" her family, saying that "nothing that aired is what happened" in real life.
Kathleen Green, who is the grandmother of the baby daddy featured on the show, Isiah, says that MTV set up shots throughout filming and used heavy editing to make her look mean and cold-hearted when she asked her grandson's baby momma, Christinna, to take a DNA test.
Kathleen is upset because "they didn’t show that [Christinna] had told us she had had sex with some other guy."
Yikes.
So naturally, Kathleen plans on suing MTV for defamation.
Um, hello?? Doesn't she know that all reality television is heavily edited?? She agreed to appear on the show! If she didn't want to be featured on the show, then she should have kept her mouth shut when cameras were rolling!
