And without any rhyme or reason! How odd!

Michelle Yeoh, best known for her work in Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon and alongside Pierce Brosnan in the James Bond flick Tomorrow Never Dies, has been banned from entering Burma. Reportedly, the actress who is poised to play the pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi in a forthcoming new movie, was immediately deported from the country when she tried to visit last week. A Burmese official confirmed Yeoh is now blacklisted from the country and will not be able to return, although no reasons were given for the ban.

Well that's ... rude! We're going to have to assume this has something to do about the movie, but then they should've said something to that effect before she traveled all that way.

How's about a little diplomacy, people!
