Despite the fact that her probation has been revoked, despite the fact that a new warrant has been issued for her arrest and despite the fact that she may get tossed back into jail immediately after her 8:30 AM court hearing on Friday morning, Lindsay Lohan stepped out for a lavish dinner at Izaka-Ya by Katsuya here in LA last night with her younger brother and sister. Clearly, she doesn’t seem too concerned with the hot water she’s gotten herself into … which today we learn has gotten a bit hotter. The LA County Probation Department, who have been overseeing L. Lo‘s probabtion requirements since she was released from jail/rehab a few weeks ago, are recommending that Lindsay get thrown back in jail for failing 2 drug tests during her probation … a recommendation that Judge Elden Fox might agree with:
The L.A. County Probation Dept. will recommend that Judge Elden Fox throw Lindsay Lohan in jail for failing two drug tests … TMZ has learned. We broke the story … Lindsay tested positive for both cocaine and amphetamines. And this is interesting … our sources say the D.A. will not make a recommendation when Lindsay appears in court Friday AM. Lindsay could get 30 days for each failed test.
It seems odd to me that the District Attorney’s office will not make a recommendation about Lindsay‘s case but that could be because they feel no recommendation is necessary … the terms of her probation were crystal clear … she fails a drug test, she goes back to jail — no recommendation required. It is sounding more and more like Lindsay will be going back to jail very soon … the questions is … For how long? What I don’t get is how Lindsay can still continue to just go out every single day/night as if nothing were the matter. I’m telling you, if my ass was going to jail … you better believe I’d be at home crying my eyes out. But, I guess, Lindsay‘s got better things to do.
