Miley Cyrus was photographed this afternoon as she left her hotel in New York City.
I think Miley's outfit is cute and youthful, but what about her hair and makeup? I just think the hairdo is making her look too old, what do you think? Maybe it's not the hairstyle alone, maybe it's the heavy makeup? I understand that she's probably heading to an appearance or a performance and they need it to be heavier for those things. There's just something almost "too mature" about her look here. I certainly don't mean she should be in pig tails and ribbons, but there's something off about the look. Is it just me?
