CBS Films has lined up new (haunted) digs in Eastern Europe for “Girl With the Dragon Tattoo” director Niels Arden Oplev. The company has closed a deal for rights to Jennifer Egan’s spooky 2006 best-seller “The Keep” and is in final negotiations to acquire the adapted screenplay written by “The Skeleton Key” scribe Ehren Kruger.
