New Wave Films has picked up U.K. theatrical distribution rights to John Akomfrah’s "The Nine Muses." A New Frontiers selection, Muses had its North American premiere at the Yarrow Hotel Theatre Friday morning. The film has already played at the Venice, London and Dubai film festivals.
