Not good news for Madonna, not good news at all.
On the heels of the news of one of her charities being mismanaged to the disappointment of kids in need in Africa, another one of her charities is now under investigation.
Here's what's happening:
Educational charity Success for Kids, which the singer chairs, is being probed by the FBI for ‘several irregularities and suspicious activity’. It is not clear the extent to which Madonna is involved in the investigation but she has donated $671,000 (£415,000) since it was founded in 2001.
That's definitely not good to have the FBI sniffing around, especially if things aren't in order. It could lead to a federal tax probe for herself as well.
It's not just embarrassing, but it could bring about rough worries and stress to make sure things are all cool for her. We hope that she has nothing to worry about, investigation or not! We trust in Madge, so we wouldn't expect things to be anything but legit for her.
We just get bummed out that organizations that are intended to help people are not being used for that purpose (which doesn't seem to be her fault).
If there are issues with this charity too, let's hope they find them, fix them, and start working towards helping those in need again!
