Maria Shriver is all about out with the old and in with the new -- from her marital status to the house she just bought, Maria's changing everything.
As we first reported, Maria has purchased a home in Brentwood, CA near the family home which
Arnold will get in the divorce.
Maria's new home -- which she bought for around $10 mil -- is 11,000 square feet, and every inch is being redone.
It will have 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a 3-car garage, a gym, theater and wine room. We're told the house will be completed in 3 months -- good luck with that.
Maria will get somewhere around $200 million in the divorce, so the house is pretty much a drop in the buck.
