Earlier today we learned that Jackson family matriarch Katherine Jackson would be appearing at a monument unveiling in Gary, IN at the childhood home of the Jackson family and right now we get to see a few photos of Katherine at today’s ceremony:
It was reported that Katherine would be bringing Michael‘s 3 children with her to Gary for this event but they didn’t appear to be at the ceremony … maybe she decided to let the kids stay in Hawaii so that they could enjoy themselves there instead. As for the rest of the Jackson clan, they remained here in SoCal so that they could visit MJ‘s grave at Forest Lawn Cemetery. It’s nice to see that they brought sunflowers to MJ‘s grave, as Lisa Marie Presley informed us … they were his favorite flowers. Putting all the suspicion and negativity aside, I am certain that today is NOT easy for any member of the Jackson family. The loss of Michael must be really hurting them all today and I wish them all my deepest condolences. He’s been gone a year now … but I somehow doubt that fact makes the hurt any less painful to anyone in the Jackson family.
