Now that the Harry Potter film franchise is quickly approaching its conclusion, Warner Brothers is attempting to ensure that they milk the cashcow series for everything its worth - by securing the rights to as many aspects of the fantasy series - and branding these aspects on pretty much any medium imaginable!
Take the wizarding sport of Quidditch, featured in the series, for example - Warner Brothers has trademarked its name and likeness, so that only they can EXCLUSIVELY the following products:
